Topdim Terms of Use

1. What Topdim is

Topdim is an information service connecting clients with independent professionals. In the current model Topdim is not the contractor performing the work, the professional’s employer, an agent, a guarantor of the result, or the recipient of payment for the professional’s work.

Sending a job request does not by itself create the final works contract. Scope, price, timing, materials, payment and warranties are agreed directly between client and professional.

2. User requirements

A Topdim account user confirms they are at least 18 and legally able to accept these Terms.

• Provide truthful and current information.
• Do not impersonate another person.
• Keep the Telegram account and session secure.
• Comply with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. Moderation and Verified status

Topdim may moderate profiles, portfolios, reviews and other content, remove rule-breaking content, and restrict accounts for fraud, safety risks or rule violations.

A “Verified professional” badge means the profile passed Topdim moderation. It is not government certification and does not guarantee qualifications, licences, quality, price, safety or results.

4. Responsibility

Professionals remain responsible for their services, agreed price and timing, taxes, required licences/permits and work results. Clients should independently check important documents and terms before work starts.

Topdim does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, but use of the service alone does not make Topdim a party to the client-professional agreement.

5. Changes

For material new versions Topdim may ask users to accept the updated terms. Users may stop using the service and submit an electronic personal-data request.

6. Applicable law

The service is operated with regard to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including personal data, consumer protection and, where applicable, e-commerce requirements. Parties should first try to resolve issues through a request and otherwise follow the procedure established by law.
