1. Who processes data and why

Topdim (administrator of the topdim.org service) processes data for authentication, account operation, connecting clients and professionals, moderation, security and legal obligations. A personal-data request can be submitted through the electronic form on the website.

2. Data processed

Telegram sign-in may provide Telegram ID, name, username, profile photo and a verified phone number when Telegram shares it with the user’s permission.

• Preferred language and account status.
• Professional profile: experience, bio, services and service regions.
• Portfolio images and descriptions.
• Job requests and their status.
• Reviews, ratings and moderation data.
• Session technical data necessary for secure sign-in.

3. Public professional profile

After separate professional consent, selected profile data becomes public and may be indexed by search engines. A professional may withdraw that consent and request removal from public display to the extent provided by law.

4. Retention and security

Topdim retains data while needed for the stated purposes and uses organisational and technical measures against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised subject to legal retention and legitimate dispute requirements.

Hosting, authentication and other necessary technical providers may be used only to the extent required to provide the service. Cross-border storage or transfers must occur only when the conditions of Uzbekistan law are met.

5. Cookies and sessions

Topdim currently uses necessary technical cookies to maintain a secure session and protect the Telegram OAuth flow. They are not intended for advertising profiling.

6. Your rights

Users may ask what personal data is held, obtain information about processing, request correction, and where provided by law request restriction or deletion and withdraw consent. Use the electronic form at /legal/privacy-request.
