Topdim Rules for Professionals
Version: 2026-08-07A professional profile is public professional information for clients. It must be truthful, accurate and safe.
1. Profile accuracy
Professionals must truthfully state their name, experience, services and service areas. Impersonation and misleading profiles are prohibited.
2. Portfolio
Upload only your own work or material you have the right to publish. Do not expose third-party faces, phone numbers, addresses, documents or other personal data without permission.
3. Licences and lawful work
If a type of work requires a licence, permit, notification or special qualification, the professional must lawfully maintain it while offering and performing that service. Topdim may request evidence.
4. Client agreement
Professionals directly agree price, scope, timing, materials, payment, warranties and safety with clients and remain responsible for their obligations, taxes and completed work.
5. Prohibited conduct
Fake or copied work and reviews, spam, fraud, illegal services, abuse, threats, unauthorised disclosure of client data and attempts to bypass moderation are prohibited. Topdim may reject material or restrict a profile.
